  • Setting the record straight

Just for the record:  Kaitlyn Rosanna was born to ME and my hubby on March 14th.  She is #9 and definitely a child in our "old age".     Little Ben J.  is our grandson born 20 days later to our oldest son, Benji and Holly who are living in El Chal, Guatemala.   Sorry for the confusion.

  • This is probably just the beginning!!! :) of explanations, that is. I've already been asked if I was grandma to my best friends baby, and she is older than I....:(

  • @qawzse789 - Oh help.  Most people tell me they don't think I look old enough to be a Grandma.  I don't think you do either!  But Aunt Susie was a Grandma by the time she was 32 or 33.  Now, that is bad.  Oh well, we don't mind telling folks who she is.  We're pretty proud of her.  LOL

  • Since I tracked footprints all over your site I thought I'd better say hi! I enjoyed reading it all, especially since I love reading a Song4YourHonor... (i think that's the title!! ).

  • @psalm150girl - Thanks for your comment.  Have a good day.  Kim

  • when you said who your daughter in law is.. yea, I know who your talking about now.  My older siblings were in the youth group the same time she was.

  • @PACountryboy - I thought so....Holly is good friends with Jim Kent's sister Sarah.  We used to live in Hagerstown so imagine you are familiar with that territory.  Are you with the Brethren church?  What about Marvin Priest's?  They are very close friends of ours.  Have a good day.  Kim

  • @sweaters4u2 - I live about 25 miles north of Hagerstown. I go to Trinity Fellowship Church of the Brethren.  Located nearby where the old Blue Rock church was.  I know Tom and Jerry Priest and their families and Karl goes to my church.. .. Marvin sounds familiar.  Can't put a face to him though.

  • @PACountryboy - Marvin is Tom's Dad.  He's an elder (or was at the old Blue Rock Church).  I guess I hadn't known that it wasn't there anymore.  Well, I'll quit bugging you.  I enjoy learning to know people and am especially excited to "meet" ones that know people that I know.  Have a good day and God's blessings to you and yours.  In Christ, Kim

PS  BTW--Marvin P is one of the nicest men alive.  We even named one of sons after him.
